Lauren Pappas is a multi talented actress, fitness expert & broadcast journalist who at such a young age has been featured in major motion pictures, on primetime TV networks, commercials, music videos, modeling shoots & other significant entertainment outlets.

She has appeared on TV networks such as, MTV, Bravo, OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network), Comedy Central, CBS, NBC and most recently on ABC Good Morning America. And has worked on films by James L. Brooks, Kabir Khan & featured in the movie Transformers II.

Lauren graduated from Temple University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. While in school, she interned at Fox 29 in Philadelphia. Lauren also studied abroad in Cagli, Italy where she interned as a part of a multi media production team.

Lauren has a deep love and passion for fitness & helping others lead a healthy lifestyle. She is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. Her clients include celebrities, athletes & Manhattan socialites. She worked at the prestigious Sporting Club at the Bellevue in Philadelphia for four years before relocating to NY. She currently hosts her own show “Extreme Fitness with Lauren Pappas”. She has a background in kickboxing, martial arts, boxing & long distance running.
